Car and Van Hire in Buntingford and Royston

We operate our own fleet of vehicles maintained by us. We have a full range of hire cars from small economy to large saloons and 7-seater people-carriers.

Deliveries can be arranged to local guest houses, hotels and businesses, including Park Farm Industrial Estate and Watermill Industrial Estate in Buntingford.

We can supply rental cars in Ware and Royston and to travellers arriving by train at Royston or Hertford railway stations, by prior arrangement.

Short and long-term rental or lease, enquiries are welcome from both local residents and the business community. Preferential terms may be offered for extended hire periods.

In addition we offer Flexi Lease on new and second hand vans from three months to three years. If you are a start up business that is looking for a vehicle solution, we can help by not tying you into a long term lease. If you are a seasonal business and only want the vehicle for part of year, we can help.

Insurance is fully comp 2 drivers allowed on each rental agreement at no extra cost.

Other rates available for rentals of 28 days or more please call with your requirements.

7.5 tons box with tail-lift subject to availability price on request.

Deposit is £350.00 on vans and £250.00 on cars per rental against damage.

Vans have a £1000.00 excess if roof is damaged and the Luton is £1500.00 against roof damage. We do not offer any other discounts on the excesses or waivers.

We can offer sack truck and sat nav’s if told at time of booking.

Conditions of Hire

• No drivers with drink drive convictions in last 5 years.
• No drivers with dangerous driving or insurance convictions.
• Maximum of 2 SP30 speeding convictions.
• Maximum 6 points on licence.
• No drivers under 23 years of age.
• ALL drivers to have held full licence for at least 2 years.
• Both photocard & paper versions of your driving licence must be produced when collecting your vehicle.
• Please bring a recent utility bill linked to your address & passport or similar.
